Nothing — and there is no bill waiting for you later either. You download the full file with every tab and formula. We do not ask for your email, and there is no "Pro version" hiding behind a paywall. The site is funded by ads.
Yes, including commercially. Add your own logo, change the colours, and use them with clients, staff or your accountant. The only thing you cannot do is sell the templates on as your own product.
That is the whole point. Amounts are in pounds, VAT defaults to 20%, dates use the UK format, and where it matters there are fields and references for HMRC, VAT returns and the UK tax year. No swapping out dollar signs or fixing the wrong VAT rate.
No. The files are in .xlsx format and work in Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc — on Mac too. Formulas and formatting carry across in all of them.
